PURPOSE AND SCOPE: Develop a local sales and account management organization in emerging Markets of EMEA; Frankfurt, Paris, Madrid, Milan. Maintain current operations in London by overseeing sales, Account Management, Marketing and general operations. Achieve top and bottom line expectations and drive sales through channel and direct sales efforts.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fulfill established EMEA quota on a regional basis
• Focus sales and marketing effort on all prospects and vertical segments within the Digital Video Asset management market place, with a strong focus on device targeting and advertising delivery and monetization across EMEA
• Bring to the organization, implement, utilize and manage all means of prospecting necessary (cold calling, marketing, and personal contacts, networking within and outside the organization, referral, and research) to generate new business.
• Establish a formal channel program that operates in alignment with the already established corporate strategy and existing programs.
• Maintain and work within the establish budget and operating guidelines.
• Generate weekly reports surrounding, activity, pipeline, marketing, sales, needs, and accomplishments.
• Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends across EMEA, including but not limited to pricing, products, vertical markets, competition, products and trends.
• Creatively structure client agreements that conform to company policy and goals.
• Ensure account management is proactively managing existing customer base and that clients are maintaining a reasonable payment history.
• Act as a liaison between EMEA operations and corporate organization to drive and satisfy all business requirements.
• Focus on organization growth and management of clients through the entire sales cycle from prospecting, identifying and qualifying opportunities, to moving them through contract negotiations, signing and post-sales support.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• 4 year of sales management and operational experience.
• Have a working knowledge of the Advertising, Broadcast, Media, or Digital Delivery (CDN) industries.
• Proven sales and organizational building track record in one or all of these industries, Advertising, Broadcast, Media, or Digital Delivery (CDN).
• Required to utilize industry related software.
• High energy and self-motivated with ability to motivate, manage, gain new business, and meet goals.
• Outgoing personality with strong presentation and communication skills.
